At Boni Mores, we are dedicated to producing the highest quality of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Our EVOO is obtained exclusively from the finest pressed grapes on our farm. The oil cannot be altered in anyway due to the mechanical and physical process.

Harvest at Boni Mores begins in October and ends in December. The oil is made with only hand picked olives from the Sulcis region in Sardinia. This important step brings us a unique flavor because we eliminate the trauma from the olives falling to the soil.

From this meticulous work, we create a product with a free acidity of not more than 0.8 grams per 100 grams of oil.

The olive harvest in October, November and December is done by hand, preserving the result of trauma caused by falling on the ground.
