Carignano del Sulcis
Wine Boni Mores
We dedicate the same care given to olive trees to our two hectares of vineyard, to produce a full-bodied Carignano with a strong personality.
A limited production, about ten thousand bottles, with the harvest between the end of August and September entrusted to the care of our cellarman and the oenologist who supervises the production.
An ancient vine of Spanish origin, Carignano arrived in Sardinia during the Aragonese domination, becoming over time the characteristic wine and expression of the Sulcis territory.
We refine our wine in steel, reserving a small part of the production for wooden barrels to produce our Boni Mores Riserva.

Boni Mores is an elegant red wine that turns to a light garnet, not too close to transparency.
Intense, fruity and floral aromas, with a touch of minerals, while the hints of Mediterranean scrub that homologate Sardinian wines are excluded.
When tasted, it has good acidity, elegant tannins and moderate softness.
A wine with excellent balance and good drinkability.
