The EVOO and “Boni Mores” come from a lawyer’s passion who, with his sons (also lawyer’s) wanted to resume and continue the work that his grandfather began in the early 1900. Today, the millstone is still intact and admirable.
Boni Mores comes from trees bordering the ancient necropolis “Domus de Janas” of Montessu and is milled with the latest generation of machines in order to achieve the greatest possible integrity of the fruits.
Our olives that are crushed at the mill “Sa Barons” at the temperature between 24 and 27 degrees C. The different qualities include “Bosana”, “Semidana”, “Cagliari”, and “Paschiscedda”.
